Imagine all the flavour and aroma of the plants harmoniously incorporated into a jelly. I found, by luck, an old recipe which enabler your taste buds to rediscover these subtle tastes.
My herbal jellies are made with freshly gathered plants that I grow. No artifical colouring or preservatives are used. They are packaged in glass jars and can be kept for over two years. They replace advantageously contempory condiments and integrate easily with your usual recipes, adding a sublime extra touch.

ROSEMARY jelly 125 g.
Rosemary has been in use since the beginning of time, appreciated for its flavour and medicinal properties, said to calm nervous people its aroma and taste are most pleasing. Rosemary jelly is best used with well cooked white meats, poultry, eggs and cheeses.
